A result-oriented professional, Mr. Shrivastava brings over 20 years of rich and diverse experience in Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance & Accounts, spanning both non-profit and corporate sectors.
He has held key positions in reputed organizations, including the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF) and Bachpan Bachao Andolan (BBA), where he worked on high-impact initiatives aimed at child welfare, education, and grassroots empowerment. His time at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) saw him engage with ESG principles, insurance, and legal frameworks within the construction and infrastructure sectors. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Shrivastava also brings academic rigour to his strategic insights.
With deep expertise in developing comprehensive risk and compliance frameworks, Mr. Shrivastava has successfully designed libraries of risk policies aligned with statutory regulations, leading to enhanced governance, reduced regulatory breaches, and improved complaint resolution mechanisms. He has standardized risk management scoring, created enterprise-level risk strategies, and implemented robust compliance infrastructures to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
In the non-profit domain, he has been actively involved in project finance, accounting, audits, and donor compliance, while also navigating the nuances of IFRS, insurance, and program budgeting. Notably, he has led and successfully completed two internal corporate audits, further strengthening institutional financial health.
Mr. Shrivastava's unique blend of experience across CSR, ESG, risk governance, and social development will be invaluable in guiding Shikshatmak’s mission to build an equitable, educated, and empowered society.
